In 2020, Jonda made the bold move to Liberia, where she soon became inseparable friends with Suma. Little did she know that this friendship would be the bridge to meeting the love of her life. Later that year, Jonathan arrived in Liberia on a business trip from Turkey, where he was both studying and working. Just a day after he landed, fate stepped in—Suma introduced the two at the Royal Grand Hotel rooftop.

From the moment they met, there was an undeniable connection. What started as easy conversation quickly blossomed into a beautiful friendship. From that day forward, they spent nearly every moment together—learning each other’s hearts, building trust, and forming a bond that neither time nor distance could break.

Just four months later, Jonathan asked Jonda to be his wife.

In February 2022, Jonathan returned to Turkey to complete his Master’s in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology while Jonda continued to work and run her family’s businesses in Liberia. But love knew no borders—Jonda joined him every month, bringing warmth, support, and a little piece of home each time. Their love only deepened through each visit, each airport goodbye, and each countdown to the next hello.

When Jonathan completed his degree, he returned to Liberia—not just to begin the next chapter of his career, but to start a life with the woman who had captured his heart.
